Terms of Use

We are happy to work for any client irrespective of race, creed or colour, on any work that is both moral and legal. We cannot accept any responsibility for any action resulting from the use of our work. We reserve the right to cease work if invoices are not settled promptly. All logos and graphic work remains the rights of electric ink ltd unless or until assignation has been agreed. Where a client supplies us with logos or graphic images, or text we are expecting that that client has full legal rights for use and we are using it with our clients permission.
